The latest Remote Control Software allows us to do this over the internet.

We can fix a lot  of problems by connecting to your PC via the internet.
We use a software called Mikogo  to do this.

Step1 - Phone us on 01492 520119 or 07802 472822 so we can connect instantly or arrange a time.

Step 2 - Got to the Mikogo website and follow the instructions, you will download a small application that will  run  on your PC but not installed.

Step 3 - Once connected we'll work on getting your PC back up and running.
